ROBIN RICHARDSON
is a Malaysia based author and illustrator who enjoys creating work that focuses on topics of mental health and LGBTQ+ issues. They hold a first class honours degree in Illustration from Middlesex University, London.
They are able to tackle most artistic styles, and enjoy experimenting with different methods and techniques, both digitally and traditionally. In using different styles for certain literary work, they feel that they can embody different moods and tones, as well as entice different audiences. Although Robin specializes in digital art, they enjoy working with traditional mediums such as watercolour, inks, and acrylics, and tries to emulate those styles digitally as well.
Robin has illustrated comics for a variety of publishers, including the titles Principle (BHP Comics), Freddie Mercury: Shadows Illuminated (Z2 Comics), and a couple unannounced projects.
They have also worked with Discord and Disney UK. When Robin isn’t writing or drawing, they enjoy spending time with their friends and family. They enjoy cozying up with a cup of tea and their silly cats, Scrunkles and Paya, while playing video games.
