A new cult age has dawned under the illustrious Father in the year 2XXX, and his heir—Vane Sterling—is eager to convince him for a shot at recruiting future members, and with it, permission to travel through time.
Under a strict schedule, Vane sets off to visit every decade from the 2010s to the 1900s. Unfortunately, due to his clumsy nature, he accidentally winds up in 1920s Chicago, woefully out of place and struck by the allure of the mysterious Clyde Franchini, not realising the danger he’ll be putting himself in when he very quickly falls in love.
